Delete SNP probe search job

You can delete a SNP probe search job with any status except Searching. When you delete a job, eArray removes its search criteria and results from the system, but does not remove the probe group that you may have created with the results.

  1. Click the Workspace tab or enter a collaboration.

  2. Set the application type to CGH.

  3. Click the Probe tab.

    The Probe Search page appears.

  4. Select SNP Probe Search.

The SNP Probe Search page appears.

At the bottom of the page, the Search Results pane displays each of the SNP probe searches that you have submitted, along with its status. If the desired search does not appear, you may need to click Refresh to display the most current list of jobs, or use the Pages links to go to a different page of SNP search jobs.

Click an underlined column heading to sort the list of jobs based on the contents of the column. Click the heading again to reverse the order of the items in the list.

  5. In the Actions column of the Search Results, next to the job that you want to delete, click Delete.

A dialog box asks if you are sure you want to delete the search.

  1. Important: If you delete an SNP probe search job, eArray permanently removes it. To restore a deleted job, you must submit a new search.

  1. Click OK.

eArray deletes the SNP probe search job, and refreshes the page. A dialog box tells you that the search job was successfully deleted. The deleted job no longer appears in the Search Results pane.

  2. Click Close.
