Download Simple Tiling results

Simple tiling creates Expression type probes that span uploaded target sequences at even intervals.

Before you can download Simple Tiling results, you must first set up a Simple Tiling job and submit it to Agilent for processing. When your job is ready, it appears in the Search Results pane on the Simple Tiling page with a status of Completed. See Check/View Simple Tiling jobs.

Click the Workspace tab.
Set the application type to Expression.
Click Probe > Simple Tiling.

The Simple Tiling page appears. A search results pane appears at the bottom of the page that lists your current Simple Tiling jobs.
In the Actions column of the Search Results pane, next to the desired job, click Download.

A dialog box appears.
Click Save.

A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded file, then click Save.

eArray downloads the Simple Tiling results in .zip format to the specified location on your computer.

The downloaded .zip archive contains three separate files that correspond to the three types of available results. See the table below for details. All files are tab-delimited text files that you can view with a word processing or spreadsheet program.

Tiling_sum	Design Summary	Information of an overall nature about the set of probes produced by the Simple Tiling process, including statistics on the length and number of probes.
Tiling_tdt	Design Details	List of the probes generated by the probe design process, with specific information about each probe, including its length, sequence, and the target from which it was derived.
Tiling_fate	Target Fate	List of the target sequences used in the Simple Tiling process, with information on which ones produced probes, and which did not.
