查看在合作中创建的微阵列设计/设计集

您可以使用浏览功能来查看合作中已保存的微阵列设计和设计集。

• 注意：The procedure described in this topic for 微阵列 designs/sets also applies to bait libraries for the TargetEnrichment application type.

1. 进入合作。

2. 设置应用类型，如需要。

3. 如想查看微阵列设计，点击微阵列 > 浏览ArrayDesign。如想查看微阵列设计集，点击微阵列 > 浏览ArraySet。
   
   一个可用于该合作的微阵列设计/设计集的列表会出现。A list of all 微阵列 designs/sets available to the collaboration appears.

4. 在左边的框中，在“按文件夹浏览”中，点击想要的文件夹来查看其内容。如想展开一个文件夹，点击 。如想收起一个文件夹，点击 。
   
   被选中的文件夹中的设计/设计集会出现在右边框中的“查找结果”下。The designs/sets in the selected folder appear in the right pane under Search Results.

   • 注意：当您选择一个文件夹时，eArray不会列出其任何子文件夹下的设计/设计集。

5. 用以下任意操作来精确设计/设计集的列表。Do any of the following to refine the list of designs/sets.

   • 如要在多个设计/设计集的页面间翻页，请使用页面链接。

   • 如要将设计/设计集的列表按任何栏目(除“操作”外)的内容进行排序，点击该栏目的标题。如要反向排序，再次点击该栏目的标题。

   • 如要将设计/设计集的列表限制到指定的设计格式或状态中时，在“查找结果”上面的列表中选择想要的设计格式和/或状态，然后点击筛选。To restrict the list of designs/sets to those with a specific design format or status, select the desired Design Format and/or Status from the lists above the Search Results, then click Filter.
      

6. 如要查看关于一个设计/设计集的信息，在操作栏中想要的设计/设计集旁边，点击查看。To view information about a design/set, click View in the Actions column, next to the desired design/set.
