To optimize system performance, Agilent deletes inactive content from your SureDesign account. Content is considered inactive if it meets the following 2 conditions:
The content has not been edited or updated for one year
The content has a status of Draft
The content types subject to the clean-up policy are:
SureSelect and HaloPlex designs
SureSelect and HaloPlex probegroups
The content types NOT subject to the clean-up policy are:
SureSelect and HaloPlex designs, and their component probegroups, that have a status of Complete
SureDesign sends you two e-mail warnings:
2 weeks before deletion
24 hours before deletion
The e-mail warnings include a list of the content scheduled for deletion.
Will designs that I have placed orders for be deleted?
No. If you have placed an order for the design in the past, Agilent will never delete it.
I received a warning e-mail that I have a design that is scheduled for deletion. How do I prevent it from being deleted?
You can add finalize the design. See Continue your in-progress designs for instructions.
