SureDesign offers several downloadable design files for SurePrint OLS designs. See the table below for a description of each file.

This PDF contains information on the input parameters for the design and statistics on the oligos. This same information is provided in spreadsheet format in the Report text file. |
[design name]_Report.txt |
This text file contains the same information as the PDF report, but in text format. |
[design name]_Input_Oligos |
This file is a copy of the file that was contained in the compressed folder that was uploaded during creation of the design. The file is in its original format with the original file extension (txt, csv, tdt, or list). |
[design name]_Oligos.txt |
This text file contains a list of all the oligo sequences in the design. Column 1 lists the sequence name, column 2 contains the oligo sequence, and column 3 lists the replication number. |
