Create a new probe group by uploading probes

You can upload probes to introduce new content into eArray. As part of the upload process, you can create a new probe group that contains the uploaded probes.

Upload probes as described in Upload probe files to eArray. Under Upload Probe File Details, in Upload Type, select Create New Probe Group, then type a name for the probe group.

After your upload is finished, eArray creates the requested probe group. You can then search for the probe group, edit it, and use it to create a microarray design or set.

Note:
• You cannot create a microRNA, SNP, or Exon probe group with uploaded probes.
