Delete Genomic Tiling job

You can delete a Genomic Tiling job from eArray if it has any status except Designing. When you delete a job, eArray removes its results from the system, but does not remove the probe group that you may have created with the results.

  1. Click the Workspace tab.

  2. Set the application type to CGH, ChIP, or SureSelect Capture Array.

  3. Click Probe > Genomic Tiling.

The Genomic Tiling page appears. A search results pane appears at the bottom of the page with your current Genomic Tiling jobs. eArray does not automatically update the list of jobs once it appears. Click Refresh to update the list to its most current form.

  1. In the Actions column of the Search Results, next to the job you want to delete, click Delete.

    A dialog box appears.

  2. Important: If you delete a Genomic Tiling job, eArray permanently removes it from the system. To restore the deleted job, you must submit a new Genomic Tiling job.

  1. Click OK.

eArray deletes the Genomic Tiling job, and refreshes the page. The deleted job no longer appears in the Search Results pane.
