Delete HD probe search job

You can delete an HD probe search job with any status except Searching. When you delete a job, eArray removes its search criteria and results, but does not remove the probe group that you may have created with the results.

  1. Click the Workspace tab.

  2. Set the application type to CGH or ChIP.

  3. Click the Probe tab.

    The Probe Search page appears.

  4. Select HD Probe Search.

The HD Probe Search page appears. Standard HD Probe Search is selected by default.

  5. If you want to delete the results of an Advanced HD Probe Search, select Advanced HD Probe Search. eArray tracks the search results from standard and advanced HD searches separately.

At the bottom of the page, the Search Results pane displays a list of the HD searches of the selected type that you have submitted, along with their status. Click an underlined column heading to sort the list of searches based on the contents of the column. Click the heading again to reverse the order of the sort.

  6. In the Actions column of the Search Results, next to the job that you want to delete, click Delete.

A dialog box asks if you are sure that you want to delete the search.

  1. Important: If you delete an HD probe search job, eArray permanently removes it. To restore a deleted job, you must resubmit a new search.

  1. Click OK.

eArray deletes the HD probe search job, and refreshes the page. The deleted job no longer appears in the Search Results pane.
