Download Bait Tiling results |
|
Bait tiling creates baits that evenly cover selected genomic intervals or transcript sequences. Before you can download Bait Tiling results, you must first set up a Bait Tiling job and submit it to Agilent for processing. See Bait Tiling (SureSelect Target Enrichment) and Bait Tiling (SureSelect RNA Enrichment). When your job is ready, it appears in the Search Results pane on the Bait Tiling page with a status of Completed. See View Bait Tiling results.
Click the Workspace tab. For the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, you can also enter a collaboration.
Set the application type to SureSelect Target Enrichment or SureSelect RNA Enrichment.
Click Baits
> Bait Tiling.
The Bait Tiling page appears. A search results pane appears at the
bottom of the page that lists your current Bait Tiling jobs.
In the Actions
column of the Search Results pane, next to the desired job, click
Download.
A File Download dialog box appears.
Click Save.
A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded
file, then click Save.
eArray downloads the Bait Tiling results in zip format to the selected
location.
The downloaded zip archive contains up to six separate files that correspond
to the types of available results.
See the table below for details. All files are tab-delimited text
files that you can view with a word processing or spreadsheet program.

Description |
BaitTiling_sum or RNAEnrichment_sum
|
Design Summary |
List of the parameters that were used in the Bait Tiling process. Also contains information of an overall nature about the set of baits produced by the process, including statistics on the length and number of baits. For the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, this file also shows the number of bases of the targeted genome that are covered by the baits that are produced by the Bait Tiling process. |
BaitTiling_tdt or RNAEnrichment_tdt
|
Design Details |
List of the baits generated by the bait design process, with specific information about each bait, including its length, sequence, location, and the target from which it was derived.
|
BaitTiling_fate or RNAEnrichment_fate
|
Target Fate
|
List of the target intervals that were used in the Bait Tiling process, with information on which ones produced baits, and which did not. For the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, this file also includes additional statistics for each interval, including the size of the interval, the total number of target bases that are covered by the baits that were designed to the interval, and the number of baits that were designed to the interval but rejected. eArray validates each interval before it uses it in the bait tiling process. In the Status column, valid intervals have a status of Pass. If an interval is not valid, the reason appears in Status. |
BaitTiling_bed or RNA Enrichment_bed |
BED File |
BED format track file that contains the genomic coordinates of each bait. You can load this file into a compatible genome browser to see bait locations graphically. You may need to change the extension of the file to .bed before it will load properly. |
BaitTiling_Covered |
Covered Regions File |
(SureSelect Target Enrichment application type) List of the subintervals within each input genomic target interval to which the Bait Tiling process designed baits. Statistics for each subinterval appear. These statistics include the size of each subinterval and the number of baits that were designed to it, and the number of base pairs in each subinterval that are covered by at least one bait. |
Bait Tiling_ |
Uncovered Regions File |
(SureSelect Target Enrichment application type) List of the regions within each genomic target interval that were excluded from the Bait Tiling process. Information also appears about the size of each uncovered region and the reason that it was excluded. |
