Download GE Probe Check results

GE Probe Check analyzes the quality of Expression type probes. See Will my probes work on the Agilent platform? for more details.

After you submit a GE Probe Check job, and eArray completes it, you receive an e-mail and the job appears in the Search Results pane of the GE Probe Check page with a status of Completed. You can download the results of your completed GE Probe Check jobs.

Click the Workspace tab.

Set the application type to Expression, if needed.

Click Probe > GE Probe Check.

The GE Probe Check page appears. The Search Results pane lists your current GE Probe Check jobs.
In the Actions column of the Search Results pane, next to the completed job whose results you want to download, click Download.

A dialog box appears.
Click Save.

A Save As dialog box appears.

Select a location for the downloaded file, then click Save.

eArray downloads the Simple Tiling results in .zip format to the specified location on your computer.

The downloaded .zip archive contains two separate files that correspond to the two types of available results. See the table below for details. Both files are tab-delimited text files that you can view with a word processing or spreadsheet program.

If you did not specify a transcriptome, predicted targets and potential cross-hybridizations do not appear in this file.
