Download High Density (HD) probes

You can download the list of probes retrieved by a High Density (HD) probe search. HD searches are available for CGH and ChIP probes.

1. Click the Workspace tab.

2. Set the application type to CGH or ChIP.

3. Click the Probe tab.
   
   The Probe Search page appears.

4. Select HD Probe Search.
   
   The Standard HD Probe Search page appears.

5. If you want to download the probes retrieved by an Advanced HD Probe Search, select Advanced HD Probe Search. eArray tracks the search results from standard and advanced HD searches separately.
   
   At the bottom of the page, the Search Results pane displays a list of the HD searches of the selected type that you have submitted, along with their status. Click an underlined column heading to sort the list of searches based on the contents of the column. Click the heading again to reverse the order of the sort.

6. In the Actions column of the search results, next to the desired completed search, click View.
   
   An HD Search Results page appears that displays the Summary results of the specific HD search.

7. Click Download.
   
   A File Download dialog box appears.

8. Click Save.
   
   A Save As dialog box appears.

9. Select a location for the file, then click Save.
   
   eArray downloads a .zip format file to your computer. You can extract the BED format probe file from the .zip archive.

10. Click Close.
