Download mutagenesis library |

You can download all the oligo sequences within a mutagenesis oligo library to tab-delimited text (.tdt) file or FASTA file. The download command is available when you view a mutagenesis library.
You must be an eArray registered user with a valid login name and password.
The
library must have a status of Submitted. You cannot download a library
with a status of Draft.
Search for the library you want to download. Alternatively, locate the library on the My Libraries pane on the Home tab of the Mutagenesis application type.
Next to the desired library, in the Actions column, click Download.
In the dialog box, mark the check boxes for the type of file you want to download (tab-delimited text (.tdt) file, FASTA file, or both).
Click Download.
A new dialog box opens prompting you to save the file. The appearance
of this dialog box can vary depending on your internet browser.
Click Save
or OK.
A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded
files, then click Save.
eArray downloads the selected file(s) in zip format to the location
that you entered.
