Search for mutagenesis libraries |
|
You can search for mutagenesis libraries in eArray based on many criteria. eArray returns a list of libraries that match your search criteria, and you can then take action on them.
Click the Workspace tab.
Set the application type to Mutagenesis.
Click
the Libraries tab.
A search page appears.
Set any of the following search criteria. You can click Reset at any time to clear all search parameters.
Criterion |
Instructions/Details |
Library Name |
Type all or part of a name of a library. |
Folder Name |
By default, eArray searches for libraries in all folders accessible to you (the All option). To limit your search to a specific folder, select the desired folder from the list. The list of folders contains only the ones to which you have access. To include all of a folder's subfolders in your search, mark Include subfolders. |
MLID |
Type the MLID of the desired library. Separate multiple entries with pipe "|" characters. An MLID (Mutagenesis Library ID) is a unique Agilent identifier for a specific library. Agilent creates this ID when you save a library with a status of Submitted. To upload a file of MLIDs, follow these steps:
|
Created by |
Type the name of the library owner whose libraries you want to find. |
Created Date |
Enter a range of dates. Click next to From and To, and select the desired dates from the calendars that appear. |
Click Search.
A search results pane displays the libraries that match your search
criteria.
To go to another page of results, click one of the Pages
links. To sort the search results based on any column (except Actions),
click the desired column heading. To reverse the order of the items,
click the same column heading again.
To limit the search results to libraries with a particular status,
select the desired options from the Status
drop-down list above the search results, then click Filter.
(Note that libraries with a status of Incomplete are not searchable).
To restore the full results, select Select from the drop-down list, then click
Filter again.
After eArray finishes your search, you can use the links in the Actions column to perform any of the following tasks.
