Download probe group |

You can download a probe group from eArray in a variety of file formats.
Search or Browse for the probe group that you want to download.
In the Actions column of the Search
Results pane, next to the desired probe group, click Download.
A file type selection window appears.
Select the desired file type. The list and table below describe the available file types.
TDT – Tab delimited text file containing the attributes indicated in the table below.
FASTA – FASTA format text file containing the attributes indicated in the table below.
COMPLETE – Tab delimited text file containing the attributes indicated in the table below.
MINIMAL – Tab delimited text file containing the attributes indicated in the table below.
BED – Tab delimited text file containing the attributes indicated in the table below. This file is A BED format track file that you can view in a compatible genome browser.

Note: The attributes that are indicated in the table are not available for every probe in eArray.
Click Download.
If the requested download exceeds 20,000 probes, eArray prepares the
files for download in the background as a separate job. A message
informs you that you will receive an e-mail when the files are ready.
Click Close. You can monitor
the progress of the job in the Pending Job Details pane on the workspace
home page.
Otherwise, a progress message appears, followed by a File Download
dialog box.
Click Save.
A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded
file, then click Save.
eArray downloads the file in *.zip format.
You can extract the probe list from the *.zip archive, and view it
with a word processing or spreadsheet program
