Download SNP probe search results |
|
After you submit a SNP probe search job, and eArray completes it, the job has a status of Complete. You can then download a BED file that contains the IDs and locations of the SNP probes that were returned by the search.
Click the Workspace tab, or enter a collaboration.
Set the application type to CGH.
Click the Probe
tab.
The probe search page appears.
At the top of the page, select SNP Probe Search.
At the bottom of the page, the Search Results pane displays each of
the SNP probe searches that you have submitted, along with its status.
If the desired search does not appear, you may need to click Refresh to display the most current
list of jobs, or use the Pages
links to go to a different page of SNP search jobs.
Click an underlined column heading to sort the list of jobs based on
the contents of the column. Click the heading again to reverse the
order of the items in the list.
In the Actions column of the Search
Result pane, next to the name of the desired SNP probe search job,
click View.
The SNP Probe Search Result page opens for the selected job. Up to
three types of results can be available. For details see View
SNP probe search results.
On any page of SNP probe search
results, click Download.
A File Download dialog box appears. If a Security Information dialog
box asks if you want to display the non-secure items, click Yes.
Click Save.
A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded
file, then click Save.
eArray downloads a *.zip file to the location that you selected. You
can extract the BED file from this *.zip archive.
Note:
•
You cannot download the nucleotide sequences of Agilent SNP probes.
•
For SNP probe searches by genomic interval, you can also download
the data that appear in the Detail Result tab. In that tab, click
Download Detail Results.
