View probe annotations |

Some probe annotation information appears in the initial table of probe search results when you perform a probe search of the main probe database. The annotation available in the search results varies by application type.
To view additional annotation information, do any of the following from probe search results. The availability of these options varies by application type.
In the Actions column, next to the probe of interest, click View. The Probe Details page opens in a new window with a list of the available accessions and annotations for the probe.
In the Chromosomal Location column, next to the probe of interest, click . This opens the Ensembl genome browser in a new window, preset to the specific chromosomal location.
In the Chromosomal Location column, next to the probe of interest, click . This opens the UCSC genome browser in a new window, preset to the specific chromosomal location.
