SureDesign Overview

What is SureDesign?

SureDesign is Agilent's next-generation oligonucleotide design application for developing custom NGS target enrichment libraries and custom microarrays. SureDesign offers a modern user interface and an intuitive design workflow, enabling new and experienced users to easily develop and order custom designs. Target enrichment customers have been successfully using SureDesign to design their HaloPlex and SureSelect libraries. Now CGH microarray customers will be able to use SureDesign to design their custom microarrays.

Getting Started with SureDesign

SureDesign is a free, web-based custom oligonucleotide design application and can be accessed from any supported web browser. 

New users can register for an account at the SureDesign website and must provide a corporate, government, or academic email address as their username to be granted access.

All users can register and login to SureDesign at https://www.agilent.com/genomics/suredesign

SureDesign System Requirements

Browser compatibility:

Internet Explorer 11.0 or later

Firefox 47.0 or later

Safari 5.0 or later

Chrome 50.0 or later

OS compatibility:

Windows 7 (32 bit, 64 bit), Windows XP 32 and Vista 32

MAC OS X with Safari 5

Monitor resolution:

Minimum resolution 1250 x 790

Maximum resolution 1440 x 900
