The fields in the Settings > Change Password dialog box allow you to reset the password that you use to log in to your SureDesign account. SureDesign requires users to change their password after 1 year.
To open the Settings > Change Password dialog box: From any program screen, click Settings (near the top right corner of the screen), then click Change Password.
Complete the fields described in the table below to reset your account
password.

User ID |
The program automatically populates this field with your SureDesign user ID, which is the e-mail address you used when registering for you SureDesign account. |
Current Password |
Type the current password for your account into the Current Password field. |
New Password |
Type a new password into the New Password field. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following 4 attributes: Uppercase
alphabetic character Special
character The password must also be different from the previous 5 passwords and not include the username. |
Confirm New Password |
Retype the new password into the Confirm New Password field. |
After you complete these fields, click Reset to change your current password to the new password.
NOTE After clicking Reset, a message box will open confirming that your password has changed. If this message box does not open, SureDesign was not able to change your password due to errors in the information that you provided. Place the cursor over the icon to see details about the error.
To exit the Change Password dialog box without resetting your current password, click Back to return to the first screen in the Settings dialog box, or click Cancel to close the dialog box.
