Check CGH/ChIP Probe Scoring jobs

CGH/ChIP Probe Scoring analyzes the non-Agilent probes in a probe group that you specify, and assigns a performance score to each probe. After you set up a probe scoring job, you can monitor its status.

Set the application type to CGH or ChIP.
Click the Workspace tab, or enter a collaboration.
Click Probe > Probe Score.

A probe upload page appears. A search results pane appears at the bottom of the page with your current CGH or ChIP Probe Scoring jobs.
Locate the desired job in the Search Results pane at the bottom of the page. Its status appears in the Status column.

eArray does not automatically update the list of jobs once it appears. Click Refresh to update the list to its most current form.

Status designations

Status	Description
In Queue	The job has been submitted to Agilent, but no action has been taken on it yet.
Processing	The job has been submitted to Agilent, and processing has begun.
Complete	The job has been completed by Agilent, and the results are available for your use.
ERROR	The job has been submitted to Agilent, but there are problems. You must resubmit your job. eArray sends you an e-mail that informs you of the error. This e-mail can contain additional information about the error.

If the status of a job is Completed, you can download the results of the job.
