You request a quote for microarray designs/sets and for bait libraries from within a collaboration the same way that you do from your regular user workspace. You must request the quote from within the specific collaboration workspace. Any participant in a collaboration can request a quote. If you have previously purchased products from Agilent, you can also buy microarrays from the Agilent Online Store through eArray. You can request a quote for an array or library if it has a status of Submitted. See Submit a microarray or library in a collaboration.
