You can use eArray to request a quote from Agilent for catalog microarrays, or your own custom microarrays. The process is the same for arrays in both individual and collaboration workspaces. You can also go to the Agilent Online Store from within eArray to order microarrays. You do not need to request a quote for a microarray before you order it from the Agilent Online Store.

Before you request a quote or order online
To order a microarray from the Agilent Online Store through eArray
You must be a registered user in eArray.
The microarray must be located in a folder within eArray that you can view.
For custom microarrays, you must submit the design to Agilent Manufacturing before you request a quote for it or order it from the Agilent Online Store. (Note: Designs that have been submitted to Agilent Manufacturing have a status of Submitted.)
Note: If you are a guest user, and want to request a quote for libraries through the eArray system, or order them from the Agilent Online Store through eArray, you must first become a registered user. As a registered user, you can use eArray's extensive tools to create and manage custom microarrays and libraries, both as an individual user and in collaboration with others.
Click the Workspace tab (or enter a collaboration).
Do one of the following:
In the Home tab, in the My Designs pane, next to the desired microarray design/set, click Order.
Search or browse for the desired microarray. In the search results, next to the desired microarray design/set, click Order.
In an individual or collaboration workspace, click Microarray > Request Quote. At the top of the page, select the desired type of microarray. My Microarray Designs/Sets are ones that you have created and submitted in eArray. Catalog Microarray Designs/Sets are ones from the Agilent Catalog. Next to the desired microarray, in the Actions column, click Order.
In each case, the Order Microarrays page appears. The name of the design/set, its design format, and associated design number(s) appear under Microarray Details.
Under
Order Quantity, in Slide Quantity, type the number of microarray
slides (or sets of slides, for microarray sets) that you want, then
press the tab key.
The corresponding total number of microarrays appears in Array Quantity.
Example: If you type 5 in Quantity, and your design format is
8 X 15K, 40 appears in Array
Quantity.
Click
Next.
A confirmation page appears, with details of your quote request.
Do any of the following:
To change the quote request, click Back.
To print the page, click the Print button.
To delete the quote request, click Cancel.
To submit
the quote request to Agilent, click Request
a Quote.
A success message appears.
Click
Close.
A completion message appears.
eArray sends the details of your quote request to your Agilent sales
representative. The representative will promptly respond to your request
and provide you with a quote.
Select the desired microarray design or set, and enter the details and quantity as described above in To request a quote, steps 1–6.
On the
confirmation page, click Add to Cart.
The Agilent Genomics Web site
opens. eArray transfers the details about your requested microarray,
and the quantity that you entered.
