You can use the Browse tool to view the saved libraries, microarray designs, and microarray sets in a collaboration.
Enter the collaboration.
Set the application type.
Do one of the following:
To view microarray designs, click Microarray > Browse Microarray Designs.
To view microarray sets, click Microarray > Browse Microarray Sets.
To view SureSelect enrichment libraries, click Libraries > Browse Library.
A list of available items in the collaboration appears.
In the left pane, in Browse by Folder, click the desired folder to see its contents. To expand a folder, click . To collapse a folder, click . The items in the selected folder appear in the right pane under Search Results.
Note: When you select a folder, eArray does not list the contents of any of its subfolders.
Do any of the following to refine the list of items.
To go to another page of items, click one of the Pages links.
To sort the list of items based on the contents of any column (except Actions), click the desired column heading. To reverse the order of the items, click the column heading again.
To limit the list of items to those with a specific design format or status, select the desired Design Format and/or Status from the lists above the Search Results, then click Filter.
To view information about an item, click View in the Actions column, next to the desired item. You can take other actions on the items in the list. See Actions you can take on microarray designs/sets and Actions you can take on libraries.
