Actions you can take on libraries

After you use the eArray search or browse tools to retrieve a library, or when you view one in the My Libraries pane of a workspace home page, you can take action on it. The actions that you can take on any given library depend on its status and whether or not you own it.

The table below summarizes by status the actions that you can take on libraries. All indicated actions are available to the owner of the library. Other users who have access to the folder where the library is located can view, download, review, copy, and quote/order it, as indicated. Click the links in the table for more information on each action. In the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, most indicated actions are also available for library sets.

  • Because eArray creates combined libraries with a status of Complete or Submitted, they cannot be edited or reviewed.
  
  • SureSelect Target Enrichment libraries that you submit to Agilent through the eArray_XD program in Agilent Genomic Workbench are available on the eArray Web site. Restrictions apply. See Search for eArray_XD libraries.
