View the search criteria for HD searches

You can view the search criteria used for a specific HD search, and also use them as a basis for a new HD search.

Click the Workspace tab.
Set the application type to CGH or ChIP.
Click the Probe tab.

The Probe Search page appears.
Select HD Probe Search.

The HD Probe Search page appears.
Select either Standard HD Probe Search or Advanced HD Probe Search. eArray tracks the search results from standard and advanced HD searches separately.

At the bottom of the page, the Search Results pane displays a list of the HD searches of the selected type that you have submitted, along with their status. Click an underlined column heading to sort the list of searches based on the contents of the column. Click the heading again to reverse the order of the sort.
In the Actions column, next to the desired HD search, click Search Criteria.

The search criteria for the specific search appear in read-only form in a new window.
Do one of the following:

- To use the criteria as the basis for a new HD search, click Execute. eArray transfers the search criteria to the HD Probe Search page, where you can make any desired changes and submit the search.
- To return to the HD Probe Search page without transferring the search criteria, click Done.
