Work with baits, bait groups, and libraries in a collaboration

The SureSelect Target Enrichment and SureSelect RNA Enrichment application types are available in a collaboration.

Baits and bait groups in collaborations

You can search, view, download and upload baits within a collaboration just as you can in your user workspace outside of a collaboration. You can also, search, create, edit, view and download bait groups just as you can outside a collaboration.

Note: Bait Tiling is available within collaborations only within the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type.

Libraries in collaborations

You can create, search, review, view and download SureSelect enrichment libraries within a collaboration just as you can in your single user workspace outside of a collaboration. One exception is that, in a collaboration, eArray assigns newly-created libraries a status of Review. Outside of a collaboration, eArray assigns them a status of Draft. Also, only collaboration leads can lock, assign Complete status and submit libraries.

For the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, custom library sets, which eArray enables automatically when you design a library with more baits than can be accommodated in a single library, are also supported in collaborations. In a library set, the requested baits are distributed evenly over multiple libraries.

Note: eArray_XD libraries are not available within a collaboration.
