Search for eArrayXD libraries |
|
eArrayXD libraries are bait libraries that you create in the SureSelect Target Enrichment application type in eArrayXD, the desktop version of eArray that is available within Agilent Genomic Workbench Standard Edition. See eArrayXD and the eArray Web site. Only libraries that have a status of Submitted are available in this kind of search. As with all libraries of this status, you cannot edit them, but you can view, download, or request a quote for them.
Click the Workspace tab. Searches for eArrayXD libraries are not available in a collaboration.
Set the application type to SureSelect Target Enrichment.
Note:
•
Searches for eArrayXD microarray
designs are discussed in a separate topic. See Search
for eArrayXD microarray designs.
•
eArrayXD does not support library
sets or the SureSelect RNA Enrichment application type.
Click the Libraries
tab, then select eArrayXD Libraries.
The eArrayXD Library search page
appears.
Enter any of the following search criteria. All are optional.

(Enrichment Library ID) Type the ELID of the desired eArrayXD library, or multiple ELIDs separated by pipe "|" characters. To upload a file of ELIDs, follow these steps:
The ELID of a library is its unique Agilent identification number. |

The list contains only the folders to which you have access. To include all of a folder's subfolders in your search, mark Include Subfolders. |
Click Search.
A Search Results pane appears with the eArrayXD
libraries that match your search criteria. You can do several things
with the results:
To go to a different page of results, use the Pages links above or below the list of returned libraries.
By default, the program sorts the results based on library name. To sort the results based on the contents of a different column, click any underlined column heading. To reverse the order of the items, click the same column heading again.
To view, download, or request a quote for one of the returned libraries, click the appropriate link in the Actions column.
