Delete bait group

When you delete a bait group, you remove the associations that bind a particular set of baits together, not the actual baits and annotations. To delete baits from eArray, see Delete baits.

Before you delete a bait group

• You must be an eArray registered user.

• You must be the owner of the bait group.

• The bait group must not be used in a library.

To delete a bait group

1. Search or Browse for the bait group that you want to delete.
   
   A list of bait groups appears. Use the Pages links to go to other pages of bait groups.

2. In the Actions column, next to the desired bait group, click Delete.
   
   A dialog box appears.

3. Caution: When you delete a bait group, eArray permanently removes it from the system. To restore a deleted bait group, you must create it again.

3. Click OK.
   
   eArray deletes the bait group. A success message appears.

4. Click Close.
