Copy bait group

You copy a bait group as the first step when you create a new bait group based on an existing one. This method is especially useful if the new bait group has many baits in common with the existing one. Also, since you cannot move or share a bait group if it is part of an existing library, or if you are not its owner, you can create a copy of the bait group, then move or share the copy.

1. Search or browse for the desired existing bait group.
   
   A search results pane lists the bait groups that match your criteria. Use the Pages links to navigate among multiple pages of bait groups.

2. In the Actions column of the Search Results pane, next to the desired bait group, click Copy.
   
   A message informs you that the bait group has been successfully created.

3. Click Close.
   
   The Edit Bait Group page appears.

4. Edit the Bait Group as needed. Be sure to select the desired destination folder.

5. Click Save Bait Group.
   
   eArray saves your bait group to the selected folder. A message appears.
   
   If the bait group is large, eArray creates the bait group in the background as a separate job. You receive an e-mail when this job finishes. You can also monitor the status of the job on your workspace or collaboration home page in the Pending Jobs pane.

6. Click Close.
