Delete microarray designs/sets

You can delete microarray designs/sets from eArray. Also, Agilent deletes any unsubmitted microarray designs and sets from your eArray account if you do not change them for six months. See Agilent data clean-up policy.

Before you delete a microarray design or set

• You must be a registered user in eArray.

• You must be the owner of the microarray design/set.

• The microarray design/set must have a status of Draft, Review, or Complete. You cannot delete microarray designs/sets with a status of Submitted.
   

To delete a microarray design/set

1. Search or browse for the desired microarray design or set.
   
   eArray displays a list of microarray designs or sets. To navigate among multiple pages of results, use the Pages links.

2. In the Actions column, next to the desired design/set, click Delete.
   
   A dialog box appears.

3. Caution: When you delete a microarray design or set, eArray permanently removes it from the system. To restore a deleted design/set, you must create or upload it again.

3. Click OK.
   
   A success message appears.

4. Click Close.
