Download microarray design/set |
|
You can download any file that is associated with a microarray design. This includes the XML file needed for feature extraction, the tab-delimited text (*.tdt) file that specifies the design feature location for each of the probes on the array, and notes that are provided by the design creator. The *.tdt file is created when a microarray design has a status of Review, and the other design files are generated only after the microarray design has a status of Complete or Submitted. You can also download other attached files, such as hybridization and labeling protocols, and experimental results.
You must be an eArray registered user.
The
microarray design/set must have a status of Review, Complete or Submitted.
You cannot download a design/set with a status of Draft.
Search
or Browse for the
microarray design/set that you want to download. Alternatively, search
for an eArrayXD microarray design.
A list of microarray designs/sets appears.
Next to
the desired design/set, in the Actions
column, click Download.
A new page appears with basic information about the design/set, and
a list of file types available for download. To display a ToolTip
with a description of each available file type, place the pointer
over the desired entry in the File
Type column.
The availability of files varies by design status. If the design/set
has a status of Review, you can only download a TDT
file. For designs/sets with a status of Complete or Submitted,
you can download a full complement of files, including the TDT file.
In addition, certain files are only available for specific application
types:
For the microRNA application type, you can download a Cross-Species Hits file that contains a list of the cross-species annotations for the probes on the microarray. This file is only available for microRNA microarray designs that contain cross-species annotations, and that have a status of Complete or Submitted.
For the CGH application type, you can download a file called AgilentDyeNormalizationProbeListForFE, which contains the list of unique probes in the normalization probe groups on the array. You can use this file in the Agilent Feature Extraction (FE) program for dye normalization for 2-color microarrays.
Select the files that you want to download. To select all of the files, mark the check box in the column heading row.
