How do I log in and out? |
You must log in to eArray as a registered user to access most of its features.
Note: If you just want to try out eArray, you can log in as a guest user. Click Guest View at the top of the eArray login page, then accept the eArray Terms of Use. Guest users have an introductory view into the application, with limited access to content and features.
Before you log in to eArray as a registered user, you must have a valid login name and password. Your workgroup administrator can assign these to you, or you can start the registration process yourself.
Go to https://earray.chem.agilent.com
The eArray login page appears.
In the User Login pane, type your login name and password.
Set any of these options as desired:
To fill in your login name automatically each time the login page appears, mark Remember my login name.
Select your preferred language for eArray. Currently, eArray is available in English and Chinese. You can also set your preferred language for eArray at any time from the User Preferences page.
Click Log
In.
If this is your first login, the eArray Terms
of Use appear. Click Accept
to accept the terms of use, or click Do
Not Accept to return to the eArray login page.
The first time you log in, you must also choose a default application
type. Select Expression, CGH, ChIP,
microRNA, SureSelect Target Enrichment,
SureSelect RNA Enrichment,
SureSelect Capture Array, or
Mutagenesis, as desired.
This is the application type that eArray selects automatically each
time you log in. You can change your default application type at any
time on the User Preferences
page. Also, as you work in eArray, you can set
the application type as needed.
Your individual user workspace home page appears.
Note: If you are logged in, but do not use eArray for a period of 30 minutes or more, the system logs you out automatically. If this occurs, log in again.
On the eArray title bar, click Log out.
A dialog box asks if you are sure that you want to log out of eArray.
Click OK.
The login page appears. You are now logged out of eArray. Type your
login name and password to log in again.
