Revoke an invitation |

If someone has been invited to participate in a particular collaboration, you can revoke the invitation. You must be a lead for the collaboration, and the person must not yet have responded to the invitation.
Click My
Account > Manage Invitations.
An invitation search page appears.
Perform a search for the desired
invitation as described in Manage
invitations. In Status,
you may find it useful to select SENT
or PENDING.
Search results appear, with a list of the invitations that satisfy
your search criteria.
Select the invitation(s) to revoke. Use the following as a guide:
To select an invitation, mark the check box next to its name. You can select more than one invitation.
To select all invitations on a page, mark the check box in the column heading row.
To navigate among multiple pages of invitations, use the Pages links. eArray remembers your selections as you go from page to page.
To
sort the list based on the contents of any column (except Actions),
click the desired column heading. To reverse the order of the
sort, click the column heading again. eArray highlights the heading
of the current sort column in white.
Click Revoke.
A dialog box appears.
Important: When you revoke an invitation, the invitee can no longer use eArray or the links in the original invitation e-mail to access the collaboration. To restore a revoked invitation, you must re-invite the person.
To revoke the invitation(s), click
OK.
eArray assigns the invitations a status of Revoked, and sends the invitees
an e-mail that informs them of this. The invitees can no longer use
eArray or the links in the original invitation e-mail to access the
collaboration.
A message informs you that your request was processed successfully.
Click Close.
