View folders containing saved microarray designs/sets |
To view folders that contain saved microarray designs and sets, you use the Browse Microarray Designs or Browse Microarray Sets tool.
Click the Workspace tab, or enter a collaboration.
To view microarray designs, click
Microarray > Browse Microarray
Designs. To view microarray sets, click Microarray
> Browse Microarray Sets.
A list of all microarray designs or sets that are available to you
appears.
In the left pane, under Browse by Folder, click to expand a folder, or to collapse it.
Click the name of the desired folder.
The microarray designs or sets in the selected folder appear in the
Search Results.
Do any of the following to customize the list of designs/sets:
To navigate among multiple pages of designs/sets, use the Pages links.
To restrict the list to designs/sets with a specific design format or status, select the desired Design Format, Array Category, and/or Status from the lists at the top of the right pane, then click Filter.
To sort the list based on any column (except Actions), click the desired column heading.
To reverse the order of the items in the list, click the column heading again.
Note: If you select a folder, eArray does not display items contained in any of its subfolders.
To view
information about a design/set, click View
in the Actions column.
You can take other actions on the designs/sets in the list. See Actions
you can take on microarray designs/sets.
