Share bait group |
|
You can share a bait group with one or more users in a new or existing collaboration. After you find and select the desired bait groups, you use the Share command to move the bait groups to either an existing or new collaboration workspace. If needed, eArray creates a new collaboration workspace. The other users can then access the bait group through the collaboration. You can share bait groups with a status of Incomplete or Locked.
The Share command is not available within a collaboration. To move a bait group from a collaboration, use the Move command.
You must be the owner of the bait group. To share a bait group that you do not own, first make a copy of it, then share the copy.
The bait group must not be located in a collaboration folder.
If
you want to share the bait group in a new collaboration workspace,
you must know the e-mail addresses of your desired collaborators.

In Share BaitGroup(s), select one of the following. You can only share a bait group if it is not in use in a library. These options define what eArray does if a selected bait group is in use in a library.
Make copy if used in other libraries – If a bait group that you are sharing is part of an existing library, eArray creates a duplicate bait group and moves this duplicate to the location that you specify.
Cancel move if used in other libraries
