Delete library

Before you delete a library

• You must be the owner of the library.

• The library must have a status of Draft, Review, or Complete. You cannot delete libraries with a status of Submitted.

• If you want to delete a library, it must not be associated with any combined library, or be published.
   

To delete a library

1. Search or browse for the desired library.
   
   eArray displays a list of libraries. To navigate among multiple pages of results, use the Pages links.

2. In the Actions column, next to the desired library, click Delete.
   
   A dialog box asks if you are sure that you want to delete the library.

3. Caution: When you delete a library, eArray permanently removes it from the system. To restore a deleted library, you must create it again.

3. Click OK.
   
   A success message appears.

4. Click Close.

5. Note:
   • When you delete a library, eArray does not delete the component baits or bait groups of the library.
   
   • When you delete a combined library, eArray only deletes the combined library. The component base library and custom library are not deleted.
   
   • (SureSelect Target Enrichment application type only) When you delete a library set, eArray deletes all of the libraries in the set.
   
   • Also, Agilent deletes any unsubmitted libraries from your eArray account if you do not change them for 6 months. See Agilent data clean-up policy.
