Download a mutagenesis oligo set

You can download the list of oligos in a mutagenesis oligo set from eArray.

Search for or the mutagenesis oligo set that you want to download.
In the Actions column of the Search Results pane, next to the desired oligo set, click Download.

A list of file types appears in a new window.
Select the desired file type. The list and table below describe the available file types.

TDT – Tab delimited text file that contains the sequence of each oligo in the oligo set on a separate row.

FASTA – FASTA format file that contains the sequence of each oligo in the oligo set on a separate line. An identifier line with the oligo name precedes each line of sequence

Click Download.

If the requested download is large, eArray prepares the file for download in the background as a separate job. A message tells you that you will receive an e-mail when the files are ready. Click Close. You can monitor the progress of the job in the Pending Jobs pane in the Home tab of your workspace.

Otherwise, a progress message appears, followed by a File Download dialog box.
Click Save.

A Save As dialog box appears.
Select a location for the downloaded file, then click Save.

eArray downloads the file in zip format.

You can extract the bait list from the zip archive, and view it with a word processing or spreadsheet program.
