Edit user information

 

If you are a workgroup administrator, you can change the contact information of a registered eArray user in your workgroup. Registered users can also change their own contact information and passwords.

  1. Perform a search for the desired user.

  2. In the Actions column of the search results, next to the desired user, click Edit User.

    The Edit User page appears. Current user information appears on the page.

  3. Change the user's e-mail address and business phone number, as desired. Both are required fields. If you update the user's e-mail address, the user's login name changes to the updated e-mail address.

    You can also change the user's access privileges on this page. To do this, select the appropriate folders and roles in Associate Folders and Associate Roles. See Set user access privileges for details.

  4. Click Update.

    eArray updates the user's profile.
