Search users |
As a workgroup administrator, you can enable users, reset passwords, and perform other administrative tasks on user accounts. To access user accounts, you search for them. You can search the users in your workgroup based on their name, e-mail address, country, or user status, and take action on them with commands available within the search results.
You must be a workgroup administrator.
The user(s) that you want to find must be members of your workgroup, and must also be registered users.
Click the Workspace tab.
Click My Functions > Users.
The Search Users page appears.
Set any of the search parameters, as desired. Type all or part of a name or e-mail address. If you specify no search parameters, your search produces a list of all of the members of your workgroup who are registered in eArray.
Click Search.
Search results appear, with a list of registered users in your workgroup who match your search criteria. To navigate among multiple pages of users, use the Pages links. To sort the list based on any column (except Actions), click the applicable column heading. To reverse the order of the sort, click the column heading again.
You can take action on the users in the search results. Click any of the following for specific instructions:
Edit the user's contact information
Set the user's access privileges
Enable, disable, or delete the user
