SureSelectXT kits

SureSelect^XT kits offer a complete target enrichment workflow for next-generation sequencing. They give you an automated sample prep-to-sequencing workflow that is fully compatible with both Illumina and SOLiD sequencers. SureSelect^XT kits contain a SureSelect Target Enrichment Kit along with an optimized gDNA prep kit and library prep kit. To create a custom SureSelect Target Enrichment library within eArray, and to order a custom SureSelect^XT kit that is based on that library, follow these steps:

If your desired custom SureSelect Target Enrichment library already exists in your account in eArray, or if you want a SureSelect^XT kit that is based on an Agilent Catalog library, skip to step 2. Otherwise, create a SureSelect Target Enrichment library using one of the methods described in these help topics:

Create library from bait group search results

- Note: Be sure to save your library with a status of Submitted.

Search or browse for the desired library.
In the list of search results or browse results, in the Actions column, next to the desired library, click Order XT Library.

If this link does not appear in the Actions column, you may need to edit the library to assign it a status of Submitted.

  • SureSelect^XT kits are available for SureSelect Target Enrichment libraries, but not for SureSelect RNA Enrichment libraries.
  
  • SureSelect^XT kits are also available for custom library sets.
  
  • SureSelect^XT kits are not available for combined libraries.
