You can view details about any library in eArray to which you have access. To view libraries, you must be an eArray registered user.
Search
or browse for the desired library.
Alternatively, search
for an eArrayXD library.
A list of libraries appears. To go to another page of results, click
one of the Pages links.
In the Actions
column of the list, next to the desired library, click View.
A page appears in a new window, with information about the library.
Calculated statistics
about the baits in the library are included.
In addition, these tabs can appear at the bottom of the page:
Bait Group Details – (Not available for combined libraries) Lists the bait groups in the library. In this tab, you can click the name of a bait group to view its bait list and general information. See View bait group.
Design Creation Details – Contains information about the creator of the library, and the dates that the library was created, modified, and submitted.
Libraries – (Available for combined libraries) Shows the name, ELID, and location of the supplemental library that is included in the combined library.
Custom Libraries – (SureSelect Target Enrichment application type, available for custom library sets.) Shows the names, ELIDs, and locations of the individual libraries in a library set.
Version History – (Available for libraries in review) Lists the saved versions of the library. Also shows which version is marked as the current version that you can view or work on. See Review library.
Library File Details – (Not available for libraries with Draft status) Lists the file(s) available for the library, and lets you download them. See Download library. To view a description of the file type, place the pointer over the appropriate link in the File Type column. If you have recently completed the library, files may not be available yet. If this is true, a message tells you that the file write is in progress.
Most information is read-only, but If a name of a library or bait group appears as a link, click the link to view additional details about it.
When you are finished, click Close.
