This is an optional status
that the owner of the design can set. It allows others to make changes

Users with access privileges can review
the design, make changes, and save a new version of it.
A .tdt file is dynamically generated every time
a reviewer saves a new version.
Only
the owner can delete
the microarray design.
Anyone
who has access privileges can download
the microarray design (.tdt file).
Microarray
design cannot be
submitted.

Locking

You, as a lead in a collaboration,
set this status when you want to lock the design so that no more editing
can take place. |

Complete
|
In your individual user
workspace, you, as the owner of the design, set this status when you and
any reviewers have finished editing the design.
In a collaboration, eArray
assigns this status when the last lead approves locking of the design. |
AMADID number is assigned to the design.
eArray generates all design files.
Microarray design cannot
be edited (not even by its owner).
Owner
can submit the microarray
design from the microarray design Search
Results page.
Anyone
who has access privileges can download
the design files and the tab-delimited text (*.tdt) file.
Microarray
design can be deleted
by its owner.
Owner
can change the control type of probe groups in a microarray design. (Not
available for SureSelect Capture Array or microRNA application types.)

to Agilent Manufacturing. |

a collaboration, all leads must approve the submission.
Owner
can only submit designs with a status of Complete.
Once
submitted, the writer design file is sent to Agilent Manufacturing.
A
microarray design cannot
be edited or deleted after it is submitted.

Anyone
with access to the microarray design can request
a quote for it.
If
you have previously purchased products from Agilent, you can or buy
the microarray from the Agilent Online Store through eArray.
